North Texas Giving Day is an online giving event that provides nonprofits the opportunity to gain exposure to — and start relationships with — new donors, and for people in North Texas to come together to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofits.
In just three years, Get Up and Give! has pumped more that $19 million into the community. In 2011, North Texas Giving Day more than doubled the amount raised in 2010. Thirteen thousand five hundred donors made gifts totaling $10.7 million, benefitting more than 600 nonprofits.
